Our Program
Our revolutionary program bridges together community support and direct NIL opportunities for Michigan Student-Athletes. To date we've worked with 5 Michigan Programs, nearly 60 student-athletes, and nonprofit organizations all over Michigan.
Program Requirements
The Hail! NIL Program Benefits All Student-Athletes With Individualized Programs to Accelerate Their Name, Image, and Likeness.
Participating Student-Athletes in the Hail! NIL Program will earn an equal stipend based on your donations.
Michigan Football Student-Athletes are Required to Complete:
- High impact volunteer hours to qualified nonprofits
- Attend educational seminars as a part of Hal! Impact's Leaders and Best Seminar Series
- Complete a Final deliverable on program impact that will be shared with their coaching staff
By the Numbers
- 100% of your donation made to Hail! Impact - a 501c3 nonprofit
- 70% goes directly to Qualified Nonprofit Partners
- Up to 30% goes directly to student-athletes who complete the program

Support All Varsity Sports - Now Live!
Our donation platform allows you to support all varsity sports at The University of Michigan
Each sport has a minimum raise threshold to activate their program
Minimum raise thresholds are clearly indicated within the donation form for each sport
Once that target is hit, Hail! will activate their program
If target is not hit by year end, donations will transfer over to the general fund that will be used at the discretion of the Hail! Impact Board
